He has put up a website called www.therealgrindhouse.com with an explanation of why he thinks Quentin ripped his idea. Here’s the original movie trailer from the film that Stephen made on a tiny budget of $4,000. Check it out and judge for yourself, in my opinion it doesn’t appear that the movies are anything alike. And as far as I’m aware it’s not possible to copyright the name of a movie, Hollywood has a well documented history of creating entirely different movies that use the exact same title.
