Stephen Tramontana, an independent film maker is claiming that Quentin Tarantino has ripped him off on the idea for Grindhouse with a feature he made in 2002, also named “Grindhouse”. He has put up a website called www.therealgrindhouse.com with an explanation of why he thinks Quentin ripped his idea. Here’s the original movie trailer from the film that Stephen made on a tiny budget of $4,000. Check it out and judge for yourself, in my opinion it doesn’t appear that the movies are anything alike. And as far as I’m aware it’s not possible to copyright the name of a movie, Hollywood has a well documented history of creating entirely different movies that use the exact same title.

Watch as the show “The Chaser” from Australia sends people running for their lives to escape a guy wearing a stocking over his head as a “fashion statement”. Everyone that sees him is visibly frightened as he tries to make legitimate purchases while looking like a bank robber. Hilarious!
